Shipping Within India

We offer free shipping across India on all orders. Our logistics partner, Delhivery Logistics, handles deliveries to ensure timely and secure shipments.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–4 business days after confirmation.
• Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor the status of their order.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Other locations: 5–10 business days after dispatch
• Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical delays.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working on expanding our services.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take utmost care in packaging our products. However, if an item arrives damaged, we require a video recording of the unboxing as proof. Customers can email the video to hello@alivyah.co, and we will assist with a replacement or refund as necessary.
